Workshop Overview

Transformation occurs when we fully step into living in alignment with our values and life purpose where we consciously choose to listen to our heart instead of those voices which are constantly questioning everything we are and do.

During this Group Coaching, I will support you in envisioning your future and in discovering who you are at your core and what is most meaningful to you. Becoming more aware of yourself, your values, the language you use to address yourself, and how that can impact you in the process of transforming your life and living the better version of yourself.

Because change happens over time and feeling whole is a habit that needs to be cultivated, this package consists of 5 sessions to allow the coaching relationship to further develop and be powerful, and when the going gets tough we stay in collaboration and work through those challenges in order to achieve your goals.

Program Objectives

In this program, we start with a 60 minutes Discovery Session where we discuss what your expectations are from the coaching program, calibrate your expectations and design an alliance on how I can be the coach you need, and we as a group can support each other through our journey.

After the discovery session, we will explore the following:

Envision your desired future
Discover your unique values
Deeply connect to your life purpose
Discover the unique and powerful inner resources of your Leader Within
Identify and manage your sabotaging voices

As your coach, you have my word that I am 100% committed to you being powerful, successful, and having the life you desire.

Schedule

5 online coaching sessions every week on Thursdays, each of 75 minutes.

Meeting dates: June 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30.

Extras

Private one-on-one 60 minutes follow-up coaching session 30 days after the workshop to deepen your insights and take action for a reduced fee of 60 EUR.
