The Leadership Coaching program is designed to support your growth as an authentic leader and develop yourself to be more Emotionally Intelligent, Resilient, Empathetic, Adaptable and Inspiring.

Developing your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a guarantee that you will become more successful, effective and perform better.

Who are you?

As an HR Professional or Leader, you want to confidently face the challenges ahead and proactively support, develop and retain your people and be an “employer of choice”. You understand the importance of personal development and that EQ – aka “soft skills” – are essential for achieving success.

Through this program, we will work towards the further development of social skills that are critical for ambitious leaders to master and lead with COURAGE, CONFIDENCE and COMPASSION.

  • Improve Communication: Effective communication is one of the most important skills for any leader. Develop your communication skills, including active listening, speaking with clarity and confidence, and adapting your communication style to different audiences
  • Develop Emotional Intelligence: Leaders who have high emotional intelligence are better able to understand and manage their own emotions, as well as those of others. Develop skills related to empathy, self-awareness, self-regulation, and social intelligence skills
  • Conflict resolution: Conflict is inevitable in any organization, but effective leaders are able to resolve conflicts in a way that promotes collaboration and positive outcomes. Leadership coaching can help individuals develop skills related to active listening, negotiation, and finding mutually beneficial solutions
  • Team Building: Leaders who are able to build and maintain high-performing teams are more likely to achieve their goals. Leadership coaching can help individuals develop skills related to team building, including identifying team members’ strengths and weaknesses, setting goals and expectations, and promoting collaboration and communication within the team.

Sessions are between 60 to 90 minutes
We meet once or twice a month online or face-to-face
